Internship Contract / Students welcome

AI Engineer (Intern)

Build PoCs, internal tools, and small applications in an AI-native development environment. Work alongside the CEO and Executive Officer at the frontline of AI implementation.

Responsibilities

  • PoC development for client engagements (requirements through implementation)
  • Feature development for our in-house product AmpSell
  • AI agent and automation-tool implementation
  • Internal tools like meeting-note AI and knowledge search

Nice to have

  • Development experience in TypeScript / React / Node.js
  • Personal projects or OSS contributions
  • Product experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic, etc.)
  • Interest in AI agent development environments

Conditions

  • Hours: 10–30 hours/week (negotiable)

Senior Full-time / Contract

Senior AI Engineer

Tech lead for client engagements, or design owner for our in-house product. We welcome people who can translate between business and engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Tech lead for client engagements (requirements, architecture, implementation oversight)
  • Product development lead for AmpSell, our in-house SaaS
  • Design and adoption of AI-native development processes across the team
  • Mentoring juniors and interns

Requirements

  • 5+ years of web application development experience
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript / React / Node.js / cloud environments
  • Design and implementation experience with LLM API-based products
  • Development leadership experience (tech lead or EM)

Nice to have

  • 0→1 business launch experience (startups, etc.)
  • B2B SaaS product development experience
  • Strategy consulting / business development experience or affinity
  • Experience using the latest AI-native development environments at work

Conditions

  • Hours: Full-time (employee) or 20+ hours/week (contract)
  • Location: fully remote
  • Compensation: negotiable based on experience and expectations
